All of our watches use the tried and true Japanese Miyota Quartz Movement.
Our watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM, which allows them to withstand brief contact with water (like when washing your hands). They shouldn’t be taken swimming or be submerged under water for significant periods of time, as damage caused by water is not covered under the warranty.
Each of our designs are custom printed onto 100% polyester canvas fabric with 45% recycled content and a sturdy construction. Our straps are lined with genuine cow-hide leather.
Ted Time Co. has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's on us, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site, the order number will suffice; otherwise if you purchased via another authorized seller or retail location, you will need to contact them directly as they handle their own warranty claims, returns and exchanges.
Ted Time Co. warrants that the watch straps will arrive free of manufacturing defects. If there is a problem, we must be notified of damaged or defective product upon delivery. The warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear or lost/stolen items.
Any decent watch repair or jewelry store should be able to get you a new battery in just a few minutes and for just a few dollars. We recommend not trying to do this one on your own, since there’s a risk you could damage your watch without the right tools.

While the canvas material is waterproof, exposing genuine leather to too much water can cause it to dry and lead to damage, as well as risk discoloration from certain cleaning products. If you’ve rocked your band so hard that it really needs a good cleaning, a local watch retailer can probably help you out. Otherwise, it may be time to freshen up your look!
That’s kind of like...our thing. All Ted Time Co. straps come with quick-pin releases for easy swapping so you can change up your look at a moment’s notice. Check out our guide to see how to easily change your Ted straps.
There is a number marking on the underside of the straps. This number denotes the width in millimeters of your strap. Ex: 22 marking means your strap is 22mm in width.
Unless expressly communicated at the time of purchase, your order will typically ship within 3-5 business days from the point of purchase.
We currently only offer domestic shipping in the US.

Order Concerns, Returns & Exchanges
While we’d be super bummed if your Ted Time Co. watch wasn’t what you expected, we also don’t want you to wear something that’s not right for you. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details, and we’ll send you instructions for returning your product.
Note that we can only accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your product. Your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you got it, with the original packaging.
Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international returns under $50 USD, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We get it. Sometimes, we all have a change of heart. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a direct exchange service. However, if you’re not happy with what you received and would like to get a different product, you can simply send us back your original purchase (within 30 days) and we will refund the full amount to the account used to place the order, which you can use towards your new purchase.
Ever see those videos of the delivery guys chucking boxes? We know it happens, but the last thing we want is for your timepiece to be less than perfect. Contact our Customer Support at email@example.com and they will help you resolve your issue. Be sure to also check out our warranty information.
If what you receive is not what you ordered, contact our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we’ll correct our mistake as quickly as possible.
Did you check your tracking number? Once your order ships, it’s out of our hands so your best bet is to check with [UPS, FedEx, USPS]. However, if you haven’t received a tracking number from us, let us know and we’ll look into it ASAP.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we’ve processed your order, we will not be able to make any further changes.
